Welcome to the Stop! HumeLink community!

This space is to create a platform for the communities impacted by Transrid’s HumeLink to connect with each other and keep up to date on the united community campaign to stop it.

All members must feel safe and supported to meet our community’s collective goals. To help everyone have the best possible experience, please take a look at our community guidelines:

Positive guidelines 

• Introduce yourself to the group

• Feel free to post questions and start discussions on any topics relating to Stop! HumeLink Towers.

• Treat others as you would treat them in real life

• Be polite and communicate with respect

• Respect the privacy of other community members

• Utilize mentors and community managers for support

Rules and Restrictions

• Don’t share personal or private information

• Don’t post irrelevant messages

• Don’t post promotional content

• Personal attacks, trolling, and abuse will not be tolerated

• Don’t post explicit, rude or aggressive content

 

We reserve the right to remove comments, posts or content that:

• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or attacking others

• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence

• References to upsetting or distressing subjects

• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, age, colour, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference or orientation, nationality or political beliefs

• Sexually explicit or pornographic

• Fraudulent, deceptive, libellous, misleading or unlawful

• References to criminal or illegal activity

• Violations of any intellectual property rights

• Spamming in nature

• Viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers

• Could break the law or condone unlawful activity (this includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court).

• Advertise products or services for profit or gain.

• Are seen impersonating someone else.

• Include contact details such as phone numbers and postal or email addresses.

• Are written in anything other than English.

• Describe or encourage activities that could endanger the safety or well-being of others.

• Are ‘spam’ posts (posts containing the same message or topic posted multiple times).

• Are repeatedly off-topic for the blog, discussion or site to which you are posting.

 

Consequences

If someone violates these guidelines, we will take action to protect other members of this community. We reserve the right to remove any comments or content that doesn’t adhere to these guidelines or with any other applicable Terms and Conditions, rules, or laws. We may also block users who violate the rules or abuse our online communities.
